| Descripció i Metodologia: |
Keeping your level up requires updating and using vocabulary, grammar, phonetics
and a long etcetera. This course offers the opportunity of improving your speaking
skills in a motivating way in order to produce clear and well structured oral
communication on a range of topics.

| Avaluació |
The following criteria: pronunciation, vocabulary, accuracy, communication, interaction and fluency will all be markers of students’ overall speaking abilities. Attendance, participation, and in-class exercises will also be taken into account in the final evaluation.
Tasks:
-To give a short, impromptu presentation on any given topic.
-To take active part in a discussion using the right discourse markers, turntaking expressions, etc.
-To identify and correct common errors in oral production (both their own and their peers’)
-To incorporate everyday, colloquial expressions in students’ conversation.
-To become aware of how important cultural differences are when speaking English (politeness, body language, etc)

Minimum attendance 80%.
Positive evaluation of tasks proposed during the course.
